What You'll Need One fresh egg One clear glass cup with no ridges, patterns, or designs Clean water How to Perform Your Egg Cleansing Fill your clear glass almost to the top with clean water. Take the fresh egg and gently rub it over your entire body, moving slowly and intentionally. Be sure to pass the egg over: Your head and scalp Face and neck Shoulders and arms Chest and heart area Stomach and back Hips and pelvis Legs Feet Do not skip any part of the body. The egg should pass over you from head to toe. When you have finished, carefully crack the egg into the glass of water. Allow the egg to sit undisturbed for 10–15 minutes so the yolk and whites can settle naturally. Take clear photos from the side of the glass in good lighting.
