Extasis Bouton is the founder and spiritual force behind Magdalena's Botanica, a sacred space rooted in intuition, ancestral wisdom, and intentional healing. Her path has been guided by a lifelong connection to spirituality, divination, energy work, and traditional practices connected to hoodoo and folk spirituality.
Drawing inspiration from her multicultural heritage and deep respect for spiritual traditions, Extasis created Magdalena's Botanica as a welcoming sanctuary for seekers, healers, intuitives, and those exploring their spiritual path. Her approach blends grounded spiritual guidance with authenticity, protection, self-empowerment, ancestral connection, and energetic awareness.
At the heart of Magdalena's Botanica is the belief that spirituality should feel personal, safe, empowering, and deeply connected to intention rather than performance. The space was built to encourage clarity, confidence, inner reflection, spiritual exploration, and meaningful connection through ritual tools, herbs, candles, divination, and sacred practice.

Magdalena's Botanica was created as a gathering place for Richmond's spiritual community — a resource for practitioners of all traditions, a safe space for the curious, and a sanctuary for those doing deep inner work. Every element of the shop — from the incense burning at the door to the care taken in selecting each stone — is an act of devotion.
