The Spirituality Reset No one wants to talk about this—but we are. Not every message is healthy. Not every reading is meant to be followed. And not everything that goes viral in the spiritual community is rooted in wisdom, discernment, or genuine spiritual practice. Sometimes the messages we receive aren't from Spirit. Sometimes fear, anxiety, confirmation bias, or the influence of others can shape what we believe we're hearing. Social media trends, constant tarot readings, spiritual pressure, and misinformation can slowly pull us away from our own intuition and leave us feeling overwhelmed instead of empowered. So what do you do? We talk about it. This free community class is an honest conversation about building a healthier relationship with spirituality. We'll discuss unhealthy habits within the spiritual community, when it's time to step away from tarot or divination, how readings can be misinterpreted, recognizing unsafe or unethical readers, and learning to trust your own discernment over online trends. This isn't about judging anyone's beliefs—it's about creating space for critical thinking, emotional well-being, and a spiritual practice that supports your growth rather than your fear.
