Shipping, Returns & Store Policies
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during our regular business hours of 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.
At Magdalena's Botanica, our mission is to support people on their spiritual journeys through education, products, and traditional spiritual practices. To protect our community, we reserve the right to block, ban, remove, or refuse service to any individual, organization, or entity that is determined to be disruptive, abusive, or harmful to our staff, customers, or mission, with or without notice.
Magdalena's Botanica provides customer support on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone before or after a purchase, consultation, or spiritual service. If an unresolvable issue arises between Magdalena's Botanica and a customer, we may discontinue our business relationship with written notice sent by email.
Order Processing & Shipping
Please allow 14–21 business days for order processing, handling, and packaging before your order ships. During holidays, sales, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
The sooner your order is placed, the sooner it will enter our processing queue. Please allow the full processing time before contacting us regarding your order.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This policy also applies to consultations, spiritual coaching, rituals, divination, readings, classes, and other spiritual services. If you need to reschedule a booked appointment, please contact ordersmagdalenas@gmail.com as soon as possible or use the scheduling link included in your confirmation email. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the service without refund.
Ordering Policy
All purchases must be completed through our website.
We do not process orders, add-ons, or product requests through email, social media messages, text messages, or direct messages unless specifically requested by a member of our staff.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been accepted by USPS or another shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Magdalena's Botanica is not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to resend the package.
If you notice an address error before receiving your shipping confirmation or tracking number, please email ordersmagdalenas@gmail.com immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Products, rituals, consultations, readings, and educational materials offered by Magdalena's Botanica are provided for personal, spiritual, educational, and entertainment purposes only.
Results will vary from person to person, and no guarantees or promises of specific outcomes are made.
Our products and services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or legal condition and should never replace advice from licensed medical, legal, financial, or mental health professionals.
By purchasing from Magdalena's Botanica, you acknowledge that you are purchasing spiritual products and services at your own discretion.
Product Safety
All oils sold by Magdalena's Botanica are intended for external use only. Do not ingest oils or any products unless the packaging specifically states they are intended for consumption.
Keep all products away from your eyes, children, and pets.
Our spiritual oils are primarily intended for dressing candles, anointing spiritual tools, creating floor washes, and altar work. If you choose to apply oils to your skin, you do so at your own risk. Some products contain herbs, botanicals, essential oils, or other natural ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
Candle Safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials, drafts, children, and pets. Extinguish candles before leaving the room or going to sleep.
Magdalena's Botanica is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper candle use.
