Return Policy

At Magdalena’s, our life’s work is to support people in achieving success through their spiritual practices. To protect this work, ourselves, and our community, we reserve the right to remove any person, organization, or entity that poses an obstacle or threat to our mission, with or without notice. We may decline purchases if we believe you may pose a threat to yourself and others.

After placing an order for shipping or pickup, please allow 2-18 business days for your second confirmation email. This second emaill will contain your tracking number or your approval to pick-up your order in store. Please allow the allotted time to elapse before contacting Magdalena’s Botanica regarding your order. All order-related communications must be sent via email to ordersmagdalenas@gmail.com.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable, including sales/purchases of classes, group rituals, and private rituals. Missed classes are non-refundable, unless due to our inconvenience. If classes are cancelled due to weather or emergencies, refunds will be issued.

All orders must be placed on our website. We do not offer add-ons via email, DM, or text. Communications via DM on social media or by text will not be answered unless previously approved by Magdalena’s Botanica.

If a package is damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed in transit, please contact USPS to file a claim.

Magdalena’s LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of products purchased through this site. Results may vary, and we make no guarantees. Magic/magick is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Please be advised that, in accordance with certain laws, magic/magick is for entertainment purposes only.

All candle oils and ritual herbs are intended for external use only. Do not ingest any oils or herbs/products that are not labeled as teas, bitters or tinctures. Please keep products away from your eyes and out of the reach of children. The primary suggested use of all ritual oils is to dress candles, prepare floor washes, and anoint spiritual tools and altars. Please exercise wisdom when using products. We do not recommend using candle oils on your skin if you have allergies, as they contain many food-grade herbs and other nature-sourced materials. If you use oils on your skin, you do so at your own risk.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Please snuff out candles if you will be unable to keep a careful watch. Keep candles out of the reach of children.
