Why “Plans” and Not “Resolutions”?

We use the word “plans” because your intentions are not set in stone on January 1st. Your vision for the future can and will evolve as you grow and change throughout the spring and beyond. This ritual is about setting a positive direction and creating space in your life for new opportunities and experiences.
