She and her friends, gifted Reiki practitioners, Qigong instructors, and sound healers, will combine intention setting, breathwork, meditation, vibrations & singing bowls, mantras, and a mini Reiki session for an unforgettable journey!

No experience necessary! Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this event will leave you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and balanced.
